Marketing is rarely the problem
March 2026New campaign, new funnel, new agency — the usual first moves when growth stalls. Sometimes they help. Often they don't, because the friction was never in the marketing.
Marketing amplifies whatever is underneath it. If the offer is unclear or the positioning contradicts itself, more marketing simply broadcasts the contradiction further.
Look one layer deeper before adding another campaign. Usually, that's where the actual gear is stuck.
