Privacy statement

Henriden collects as little as possible, and only what is needed to have a conversation, send what you asked for, or deliver a paid service. This page explains what that is, why, and what you can do about it.

Last updated: July 2026

Who this applies to

This statement covers henriden.com and anything you submit through it — the contact form, the discovery call booking, the Clarity Map, and the newsletter signup. Henriden is the controller for the data described below.

What is collected

Depending on what you use the site for:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write about your situation.
  • Discovery call booking: name, email, and the time you select, handled through our scheduling provider (Calendly).
  • Clarity Map: your email address, to send your snapshot to.
  • Newsletter: your email address, and whether you opened or clicked a given note.
  • Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and uptime — not used to profile you.

Why it's collected

To respond to what you asked for: a conversation, a booked call, a Clarity Map result, or a newsletter you signed up for. Where a paid service is involved, also to deliver and invoice it.

Henriden does not sell data.

Who it's shared with

A small number of processors that help run the site and the practice: a scheduling tool for calls, an email tool for the newsletter, an analytics platform, and standard hosting infrastructure. Each is bound to only use your data to provide that service.

How long it's kept

Conversation and project data is kept for as long as needed for the work, and for the period required by Dutch tax law where invoices are involved. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site uses Vercel Analytics for basic, aggregated visit statistics; it does not use cookies or store personal data. For more detailed analytics, Henriden uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics (GA4) and, where relevant, advertising pixels — these set cookies and only load after you consent, via the cookie banner (managed by Cookiebot) shown on your first visit.

The Calendly booking widget, when loaded, may set its own cookies to remember your scheduling session — governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how it's used. Email the address below and it will be handled within a reasonable time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
